These release notes give you a brief, high-level description of the improvements implemented to existing features.

What's New

• A new setting is available on flow steps with input mapping, Disable intent switch, which enables the bot authors to prevent bots from doing intent change and keep the users in this dialog and control the conversation paths.

• Sunshine channel. Now you can create bots once and deploy them to Sunshine Conversations - WhatsApp apps. For more information, see Sunshine Channel.

Improvements

• The bot special messages have been refactored to allow bot authors easily add / remove new special messages to their bots and restore special message default value. For more information, see Bot Advanced Settings.
• You can now add security roles to users that come dynamically from entity fields. In this regard, the internal action AddUserRoles also supports entity fields.
